What we collect
When you use the contact form, booking form, or chat with Tilly (our AI assistant), we collect the details you provide — typically name, email, phone number, business name, and the content of your message or conversation.
Where it's stored and who processes it
Enquiries are sent via Web3Forms (email delivery) and/or stored in our Supabase database (hosted infrastructure, access-controlled via Row Level Security). Chat conversations with Tilly are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. If analytics is enabled, anonymised usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, deliver a project, and — if you're a client — operate your project portal. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us using the details below.
